Our people are our strongest asset and from a team of two when the company started in 2004, we have grown our staff in both numbers and expertise. Our team is not just a workforce; they are the heartbeat of CNM, possessing a wealth of knowledge and a passion for driving positive change through technology.

I established the company in 2004 with a vision to provide reliable, innovative IT solutions built on lasting client relationships. With a strong focus on sales and service, I’m passionate about helping businesses find the right technology to drive their success. When I’m not at work, you’ll find me in the garden, behind the braai, or spending time with my wife and two children.

With 19 years of dedication and leadership, I’ve been a part of the organization’s story from the beginning. Outside the office I enjoy family time at the dam, picnics and cooking something special for my family.

Tessa Janneker

FINANCIAL DIRECTOR

I started my Journey with CNM IT in Sept 2004 as a Junior Call out Technician. I have had the privilege of growing with the company in the last 18 years and recently became the CTO of CNM IT Solutions. In my spare time, when not rolling out a project, I like to have a little down time with my family.

Jono Swart

CHIEF TECHNICAL OFFICER

I have been with CNM IT since 2007 and had the privilege of supporting the company in different roles. I have been proudly serving as Technical Manager for some time now, overseeing operations of our technical department. Outside of work, I spend most of my time with family and following a variety of sports.

Andrew Harwood

TECHNICAL MANAGER

With over 10 years of experience at CNM IT Solutions, I’ve had the privilege of growing alongside the company. I began my journey as a receptionist, moved into sales, and now proudly serve as the Sales Manageress. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends, or binge-watching something great on Netflix.
